Zumba is an international latin dance-based fitness workout that doesn’t feel like a workout!!! ZUMBA teaches you many different styles of dance from Merengue and Salsa to Cumbia, Regeatton and Calypso. The great thing about ZUMBA is that you don’t have to be able to dance to join in. Taught in a fun and friendly environment you will make friends, laugh, sing along to the songs and even find yourself shouting out ZUMBA!
ZUMBA is suitable for anyone over the age of 16.
What Should I wear and bring?
Wear light workout clothing as you will get hot. Most of the movements require the knees and hips to twist, therefore the shoes worn, should support the feet but have very little tread on them. Court trainers or dance shoes (jazz style) are ideal. Ballroom dance shoes or running trainers are not. Bring plenty of water – you will need it!!
You can book upto 24 hours before the class starts and a waiting list may happen if demand is high.
